RULES OF PLAY

  • Tickets are available for purchase on the Saint John Sea Dogs Foundation Power Play website www.thepowerplay.ca

  • Purchases must be made by an individual that is 19+ years of age

  • Purchases must be made within the Province of New Brunswick

  • Online purchases can be made until midnight on Saturday

  • Any online purchase received after midnight on Saturday will be a purchase for the next draw

  • Online purchase payments are made via credit card or debit card

  • Each purchaser will receive an email with an attachment containing an image of the purchased ticket, email to be sent prior to the draw

  • Members and immediate family of the Saint John Sea Dogs and Saint John Sea Dogs Foundation are not permitted to claim a prize in the lottery.

  • The winning ticket will be drawn on Monday of each week at 6:00 pm

  • The winner will be notified via telephone or email


Should the ticket holder be a winner of a prize (of any amount), it shall be a condition of awarding the prize to the ticket holder that the ticket holder grants permission to the Saint John Sea Dogs Foundation (and its designees and agents) to utilize the ticket holder’s name, image, likeness, actions and statements whether individually or in a crowd, in any live or recorded audio, visual, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made in connection with the ticket holder being declared a winner and/or awarded a prize (or activities carried on in connection therewith) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
