Use of Name

Should the ticket holder be a winner of a prize (of any amount), it shall be a condition of awarding the prize to the ticket holder that the ticket holder grants permission to the Saint John Sea Dogs Foundation (and its designees and agents) to utilize the ticket holder’s name, image, likeness, actions and statements whether individually or in a crowd, in any live or recorded audio, visual, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made in connection with the ticket holder being declared a winner and/or awarded a prize (or activities carried on in connection therewith) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
